Marla Greenfield became a full time watercolor artist in 1998 after retiring from a fifteen year career in the investment business. She is a signature member of the American Watercolor Society and a past president and signature member of the New England Watercolor Society, where she has also served as a member of its board. She has exhibited in many shows including the American Watercolor Society and the National Watercolor Society annual exhibitions and has won numerous awards, both on a regional and national level. She has studied under several well known New England watercolor artists. She teaches watercolor and has conducted classes at the Concord Art Association and numerous workshops throughout New England. Her work is currently on display at The Wit Gallery in Lenox, Massachusetts and at the Florentine Gallery in Weston, Massachusetts. Marla graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Economics and Boston University with an MBA. She has dual residence in Wayland, Massachusetts and the Berkshires.
