Zoom watercolor workshop devoted to how to flowers and glass. It is through the New Studio for the Visual Arts from their multi camera professional video facility

10 am - 3 pm, lunch break 12 - 1

The workshop will explore the wonderful, unique qualities of watercolor, reinforcing techniques to allow the paints to do what they do best. It will be paint along style of instruction, and we will work on capturing flowers, glass and light. We will experiment with wet in wet techniques to allow the paints to blend together on the paper. The importance of value, shape and edges will be emphasized.  Underpainting, along with subsequent glazing and layering, will be demonstrated to achieve luminous results.  I will send out a photographic reference and a supply list ahead of time.
